Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use AI Search Connector to connect a Google Search Console or Google Analytics account to a reporting portal. AI Search Connector is operated by LLM PULSE SL, NIF B27561133, Passeig de Gracia 53, Atico 1a, 08007 Barcelona, Spain. By connecting an account you accept these terms.

1. What the service is

AI Search Connector is a connection step. It asks Google for permission to read the Search Console or Analytics property you select, and it makes that data available in the reporting portal you connected it to. It does not change anything in your Google account.

2. Your account and your authority

You need a Google account with access to the property you connect, and you must be allowed to share that data with the portal you are connecting it to. Keep your Google credentials safe. You are responsible for what is done through a connection you created.

3. Acceptable use

• Connect only properties you are authorised to connect.
• Do not try to gain access to other people's accounts or data.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, or work around the security of the service.
• Do not use the service to break the law or Google's own terms.

We may suspend a connection that breaks these rules.

4. Your data

The data stays yours. What we do with it is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You can disconnect at any time, from the portal or from your Google Account permissions.

5. Google's terms

The service reads data through Google APIs. Your use of Google Search Console and Google Analytics is governed by your own agreement with Google. We are not Google, we are not endorsed by Google, and we do not control what Google reports or how it changes its APIs.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. Maintenance, a Google API change, an outage, or a rate limit on Google's side can delay or interrupt a data refresh.

7. No warranty

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the data it retrieves will be complete or accurate, since that data comes from Google.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will tell the account that owns the connection about a significant change. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, that counts as acceptance.

10. Ending the service

You can end your use at any time by disconnecting. We may end or suspend a connection if these terms are broken, if Google requires it, or if we stop offering the service. Section 7 of the Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.

11. Governing law

Spanish law governs these terms, and the courts of Barcelona, Spain, have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
